Since the late 1990s, Kelly has been dedicated to enhancing patient access to health care. She has been at the forefront of initiatives aimed at improving drug access on formularies, advocating for value-based care, and promoting population health. Her work hasn't just helped life science companies; it's made a real difference for patients, doctors, payers, and health systems. Kelly has the unique ability to distill complex ideas into simple, understandable terms, ensuring that key stakeholders see the benefits of new treatments, medical devices, and health technology.

 

As co-President of a top market access marketing firm in the US, Kelly led the charge in bringing in new clients and planning strategies that brought in over half a billion dollars in revenue over a decade. In her role as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at one of the leading end-to-end R&D and commercialization firms for life science manufacturers, Kelly engineered initiatives to build a more cohesive, metrics-driven organization that had topline growth of more than $140 million during her 2 years in the role.  Kelly strongly believes that "the client experience is only as good as the employee experience," emphasizing that the success of any endeavor extends beyond any single individual.

 

Outside of work, Kelly has been married for over 20 years and is a proud mom to two amazing daughters. She finds joy in cooking, boxing, and yoga, using these hobbies as ways to unwind and recharge.

Kelly possesses a unique ability to distill complex information, ensuring that key stakeholders grasp the value of pharmacotherapy, medical devices, and health tech innovations.

 

As the Co-President of the leading market access marketing firm in the US, Kelly led new business and strategic planning efforts, yielding greater than half a billion in topline revenue over 10 years. Early on, Kelly recognized that sustainable growth requires insightful information to inform effective strategies with a team of talented individuals, evidence-based resources, and flexible but focused implementation plans. In her capacity as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at one of the leading end-to-end R&D and commercialization firms for life science manufacturers, Kelly engineered the initiatives to build a more cohesive, metrics-driven organization that had topline growth of more than $140 million during her two years in the role.  Kelly firmly believes in the inherent value of each team member and leads to help them realize their highest potential for the benefit of the organization and their personal growth. Her philosophy is encapsulated in the belief that "the client experience is only as good as the employee experience," and she emphasizes that the success of any endeavor extends beyond any single individual.

 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelly has been married for more than 20 years and is a mother of two incredible daughters. She enjoys cooking, boxing, and yoga, serving as outlets for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Asha Strazzero-Wild
Principal

Asha brings over 10 years of valuable experience in the health care sector, driven by a deep commitment to improving community health. She's worked in public health, health technology, and corporate marketing for health care organizations. Asha is passionate about ensuring that health care organizations have the right systems and processes to launch new innovations successfully and grow sustainably. She has consistently championed effective stakeholder engagement and streamlined processes and operations, including Epic and other system integrations.

 

During her time at The Advisory Board Company, Asha earned Pragmatic Marketing certifications, ran various technology user groups, and launched almost a dozen highly successful analytics products. As Senior Vice President of Integrated Sales and Marketing at a leading life sciences company, Asha was a driving force behind highly effective marketing strategies. She focused on integrating sales and marketing, evaluating martech, and ensuring that messaging was relevant and connected to customer targets.

 

Asha  ran point on over half a dozen acquisitions and new product launches, managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets that led to nearly $50 million in sales attributed to marketing efforts in just three years. Asha knows how to measure success and make sure everyone knows the value marketing brings to the table.

 

Outside of work, Asha and her husband love being involved in their community. When she's not busy with work, you'll find Asha at the hockey rink with her son or leading community volunteer efforts.
